Our subscription service allows you to choose meal plans tailored to your needs—breakfast, lunch, all-day snacks, or medical meals.

Simply sign up, select your plan, customize if needed and enjoy fresh meals delivered to your doorstep.​

 

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are included in most subscription plans.

 

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your orders by visiting Booking History tab. Click on the Red Cross sign.

How do I check / confirm my order history?

You can always check your orders by visiting Booking history tab.

How do I check my payments and deductions done in my account?

You can check visit My Account/Wallet history tab to check your current balance and deductions done in your account.

 

What do I do if the order does not get delivered to me?

At The Meal Nest, we put in a lot of effort to ensure that your order reaches you on time and in an ideal condition. However, due to unforeseen events your order may reach you late and in rare cases may be undelivered. In such a circumstance, please contact us, we assure you that every attempt will be made to rectify the situation or compensate you.

 

What does the meal subscription plan include?

Each plan includes freshly prepared meals with options for customization. You can choose from Breakfast, Express Meals, Fitness meals, Medical meals, School tiffins, or all-day snacks like salads and sandwiches.

 

Is the nutrition consultation free?

Yes, a free consultation with our nutritionist is included with most subscription plans. Regular consultations can also be booked by selecting it in the add on options.

Can I sign up for a subscription with nutrition consultation?

Yes, you can sign up for a subscription with a nutrition consultation. It helps personalize your meals based on your health goals or dietary needs.

Can the meal plan accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Absolutely! Our plans are customizable to accommodate allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary restrictions.

 

Do I need to get any medical tests done for medical meals?

While not mandatory, it’s recommended to consult your doctor and inform our nutritionist about any pre-existing conditions.

 

Is tiffin delivery available at fixed times, or are there flexible delivery options?

We have set delivery schedules for our tiffin service, but we make efforts to accommodate specific timing preferences whenever possible.

 

Is there a weekly rotation of the menu in your tiffin plans?

Yes, in our tiffin plans, we typically change the menu on a weekly basis. This allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors and avoid monotony.
